AC Lounge is a tapas bar located inside the AC Hotel Grand Rapids Downtown, housed in a converted 127-year-old warehouse in the city's downtown core. It's the hotel's evening food-and-beverage program, paired with AC Kitchen's European-inspired breakfast service each morning — together covering the two dayparts AC Hotels builds around globally.

The menu runs Spanish- and Latin American-inspired tapas, built for grazing and sharing rather than a traditional plated dinner. The bar's signature pour is the AC Gin Tonic, served in glassware designed specifically for it — one of the small, consistent details that carries across AC Hotels properties. In the morning, AC Kitchen takes over the same footprint with baked croissants and cured meats sliced to order, keeping the food program running from breakfast through last call.
