Foxtail Coffee Co. is a premium specialty coffee brand founded in Winter Park, Florida, in 2016, built to bridge the gap between a quick-service café and an independent neighborhood coffee shop. Beans are roasted in-house and responsibly sourced, and the craft menu of coffee, espresso, tea, and food is complemented by Foxtail's signature gelato and curated affogatos. Brought to Michigan through a franchise partnership with the Baton Collective, Foxtail has grown quickly across West Michigan, with AHC Hospitality supporting its development and operations.
